I chose Ryan to GM to have my truck towed to because I called them on Thursday and they said they will be able to get my truck in on Friday to get it worked on. I knew that they would be the most expensive in town but time was of the essence and I needed my vehicle quickly. I did not hear from them on Friday so I checked in on Saturday and somehow my truck never made it on the schedule. They told me my truck would be either later Saturday afternoon or definitely first thing Monday morning. I was not real pleased to start with with them forgetting to put my truck on the schedule to get it fixed. Monday morning I called around 10:00 or 10:30 a.m. and seem to get the runaround until about noon. Sometime early afternoon they finally call me and told me it was a starter that needed to be replaced and they did get the starter replaced on Monday and I was able to pick up my truck. Not even so much as an apology for them not getting my truck on the schedule on Friday or Saturday . The bill seem very high which I would have been okay with had they gotten my truck done on Friday when they said they were going to do it.

Took my Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation.
Took my Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation. They completed the work but the TPMS not isn’t working now. Called the quick lube and was told they are having issues with multiple customers. I need to drive it and wait. Not real happy. I tried to complete the learn function with no luck. I haven’t had an issue with them before. But this time I was left with a too bad it’s happening to our customers. Just drive it.
