I was in contact with sales rep and waiting to hear the shipping cost. I gave him my phone numbers but didn't hear from him. I called the next morning, it was his day off. Another rep got the shipping charge for me and told me the car I wanted had been sold

Service should be honest with the sales people there or the sales people should be honest about the vehicle they’re selling. Don’t sell vehicles that you know have problems and play it off as you didn’t know… that’s bad business.. I’ll never purchase from a van xxxxx again
