Im extremely happy with my Acadia!
Im extremely happy with my Acadia! It’s much more car than I thought I would be able to get. There’s a 2 part reason for that. 1. The Acadia has a lot more features than the other vehicles I looked at with comparable pricing. 2. I wanted the complete out-the-door price upfront and they gave me that - along with a very fair value for my trade in. I had Emma for a salesperson and she did a great job. I had one concern about the vehicle, it was part of a manufacturers buy back. Based on what they told me and my own research I came to the conclusion that there are many reasons this happens, not always because the vehicle is a lemon. You can see what the history on your potential purchase is that tells you why it was bought back. They have to disclose this by law. You can then decide for yourself if you want to go through with the purchase or not. In my case it was an easy decision. Besides I have the remainder of the factory warranty along with the drive train warranty which is a pretty long time so if (god forbid) something happens I’m covered. We’ll see how it all shakes out in the long run but for now I couldn’t be happier. It’s a great car for a great price. I recommend them!

Service should be honest with the sales people there or the sales people should be honest about the vehicle they’re selling. Don’t sell vehicles that you know have problems and play it off as you didn’t know… that’s bad business.. I’ll never purchase from a van xxxxx again
