Nickolas Lamon was pleasant to work with and I appreciate all of the staffs efforts in transferring GM points and getting us into our new Chevy Equinox. We feel we got a great deal and when the time comes to purchase another vehicle we will look to Kunes again.

If you plan to buy a used car from this place, be prepared to spend at least $100/month additional on an additional warranty because you will likely have issues and they will not cover any repairs for you after you purchase it. Their "no fear" 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty doesn't seem to actually cover anything. We purchased a $15K used vehicle and the alternator went out after 2 days/60 miles driven, which they wouldn't pay to repair and set us back $500. When we picked it up, the dash lights were not working, which they did repair at no cost, but it took 3 days to do. They never fixed a broken taillight as promised before we purchased. When we got it back from that repair, a window switch was not work and, today, the back door won't latch closed! Filed a complaint with the BBB and waiting for them to make it right. All of that said, Troy Maas gets 5 stars for his caring and courteous customer service. He is the only person we encountered there that really tried to resolve things. Unfortunately, management was very rude and avoidant and not willing to accept any responsibility.
