After many months of searching, I finally found the perfect Suburban, but it's over 400mls away from my home in Missouri. The trip was WELL worth it! Sam, Kacie, McKenna, and the serviceman that worked last Saturday were pure gems. They went above and beyond to accommodate. McKenna did a video call and did a great job showing me the vehicle inside and out and answered my questions before I made the decision to make the big trip. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was super nice and accommodating. The vehicle was in a inside bay waiting for me to go through. There was absolutely no pressure from the staff and they made me feel very comfortable in their house. There was an issue with the blower fan and even on a Saturday a serviceman was able to fix it. Kacie and Sam answered all my questions and took really go care of me. The dreaded negotiation process was actually pleasant. Sam was VERY fair with numbers and turned his computer screen around to show how the numbers where working. Absolutely nothing hidden, total transparency. You can definitely tell that these people love their jobs and care about whoever walks through their doors. Thank you VERY much for the easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The warmth and personable touch you guys showed me was/is not gone unnoticed and VERY appreciated. This dealership is not like all the others out there. They actually care about who walks through those doors and want to help you. Keep up the great work and it was great working with you!!

i was very pleased to see the exact truck I was looking
i was very pleased to see the exact truck I was looking for on Wheelers website and have to say it was a very easy process from first call to driving away in my new truck. They were very thorough with explaining all the accessories it came with and were quick to answer any questions. They also helped install the SiriusXM radio. They contacted me for the next couple weeks to make sure all was going well with the truck. When I did have an issue with the truck, they were quick to help fix the problem, and I need to say I truly appreciate them working with me and during the whole time telling me they wanted to make sure I was taken care of. They were true to their word, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dealer that you can trust.
