Took truck in for an oil change at 11:00. Wast told that the truck needed ball joints. wast told that i was to bring back the next morning. Brought back at 7:30 the next day. Was told it would be a couple of hours. At 12:00 i was given a loner . AT 2: 00 i was called and told that the truck was ready. At 3:30 i returned the loaner and picked up the truck. Everything is working properly.

Shady business practices! Stay away! We test drove a Traverse, got the numbers for the new car and the trade in. We agreed it was a good deal so we shook hands, all signed contracts and all signed the paperwork. After two hours of being there, they said that there was a mistake and then they changed the entire deal. Tried to charge us $9,000 more than what our signed contract agreed to. Textbook bait and switch. They could have cared less that they wasted three hours of our time. Also, where I come from a handshake, a singed contract and someone’s word means something. I can tell you for a fact that it doesn’t mean anything here. Buyers beware!

Went to the dealership on Halloween looking to purchase a new GMC Sierra 1500 while the incentives were still in affect. Don Boisclair greeted my brother and I as we were walking through the lot. After deciding which one I was interested in Don went over all of the features, answered all of our questions, and then we took a test drive. When I told Don I'd buy the truck, he went over the price, discounts and incentives, got me a fair trade on my 2018 Sierra, and financing. After the sale, Don went over things again before leaving the dealership and offered to talk with me later if I had any questions or problems. Don made purchasing a new vehicle extremely easy and pleasant - the easiest I've ever encountered and I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. Why can't more car salesmen have Don's personality and patience? Also, since Premier serviced my 2018 GMC Sierra, I know how professional the service staff are - which is why I went to Premier looking for a new GMC Sierra. I highly recommend Premier GMC to everyone looking to purchase a GM vehicle!
