Online schedule system is a mess.

Online schedule system is a mess. I called and explained my problem. I was given a appointment time of 3 pm. When I arrived the service coordinator said he could not deal with my issue at 3 in the afternoon. I asked why I was scheduled then. He said its because a "vegas" company does their scheduling. Not, "im so sorry we waisted your time ". But...its someone else's fault. ( The scheduling service we use) All done with mickey mouse outfits.
