I had locked myself out of my car and I was across the street at the grocery store, so I walked to chipman and taylor to see what they could do, they got a hold of onstar as I locked all of my info in the car, my extra fob was an hour away, they got me back into my car in 20 minutes which would have taken 2 hours otherwise, I'm sooooo happy with the service I got from chipman and taylor, they rule!!!

Routine service was performed adequately. But there was a difficulty in communicating with the service front desk and a diagnostic was not well performed in my opinion.

Quickness and efficiency
The process was quick. I really do appreciate that. I drove down. They have paperwork ready. Turned over my keys to the old truck and drove away with my new truck. In just about 90 minutes.
