Where's the Integrity?
Salesman and sales manager five stars professional, polite, honest, helpful. Finance individual no stars after sale or car due to ask us to lie on form to get an item replaced. The car only had one key, was told last owner has and will bring it in, never did we bought the added coverage that will cover one time a key we were told. When we went o get the paperwork to complete was told to lie and say we lost the key. No we never got the 2nd key, appears the finance individual was trying to save commission or something due to the key is expensive. Where is the integrity?

If our founder V.I.Whitney were alive today he'd probably find satisfaction in the fact that we're in the same building doing business the same dependable way they did when he first opened in 1922.
