I had a terrible experience with Jet Chevrolet that cost me time, money, and frustration. After being told I was approved for a new truck, I cancelled my flight plans (paying over $300 in cancellation fees) and prepared to drive my trade-in to the dealership. Everything seemed set—until, at the last minute, I received a text message saying they couldn’t get the deal bought and that I “don’t need to come in.” They completely wasted several days of my time, ran my credit through the ringer, and cost me hundreds of dollars based on what turned out to be false assurances. What’s worse, they didn’t offer any compensation or even a sincere apology for the inconvenience and financial loss they caused. I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere. If this is how they treat customers who are ready to buy, I can't imagine what it would be like after the sale. Avoid Jet Chevrolet.
