I showed up for a routine oil change and realized that I actually had the wrong day! And I had missed it! He told me not to worry and that he would see what he had open... and I actually ended up getting right in! As the person scheduled was a no show thankfully for me but not only that... he went over in detail about what my next services should be in order of importance and priority.. I was very grateful for his professionalism and explanation of these up and coming services.. he is BEST person I have encountered at the dealership since I have been taking my truck to Chevrolet of Everett when my truck was new in 2017
