It took 5 weeks to find a fraid wire!
It took 5 weeks to find a fraid wire! Very disappointing! Was told twice that my vehicle would be ready. No contact or phone call. First time I picked it up was charged $ 290.00 for labor and $ 13.08 for a part I probably didn’t need. Total cost $ 303.77. Only went 30 miles and did the same thing. Finally picked it up 4 weeks later and paid $ 72.50 labor and $ 28.20 for part I probably didn’t need. Total cost $ 102.19. Most time I visited during the 5 weeks, it was sitting outside. I bought it new from Jeff Johnson Chevrolet and they have done all the service since purchased. Have bought several cars from Jeff Johnson! Really upsetting!
