Pinkerton Chevrolet Salem

This is a great dealership Pinkerton Chevrolet Salem, VA. The service department will always get me in if I have an emergency with my car. I had a flat tire and left my key in the Dropbox the night before. They were able to fix my tire the next day by the afternoon between appointments. I appreciate everyone at this dealership including the sales and service departments.

The Parts department was awesome. While traveling across country to drop our child off at college for her freshman year, we had car trouble with her Chevy Equinox. We made it to the hotel across the street from Pinkerton not knowing how helpful they would be. After figuring out what the problem was ( thank you Advanced Auto parts for the diagnostic read and a simple tool set), we called Pinkerton and spoke to their very helpful Parts department. They clarified the part that was needed, checked it was correct and had it in stock. The part was waiting for us on the counter when we got there. When they heard our story they even gave us a discount. We were able to change the part in the hotel parking lot and made it the remaining 600 miles to drop our daughter off. I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership!! A bad situation ended up reminding us that there are helpful, knowledgeable and kind people. Thank you to the great people in the Parts department at Pinkerton. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Very nice,fast and did a great job. They even let me know that I needed a State inspection.
