"I purchased a vehicle here over the weekend, but because the sale closed after hours, the car wasn't detailed or fueled. I was told to return the following week to have this addressed. Unfortunately, the after-sales service was a disaster. When I called to schedule, the service department was dismissive and unhelpful, forcing me to involve my original salesperson. Upon arrival, a '1-2 hour' wait turned into 4 hours. When I finally sought an update, the salesperson was condescending, implying it was my responsibility to track him down. To make matters worse, despite being promised a full tank of gas, the car was returned with only half a tank. I was told there is a '10-gallon limit,' ignoring our prior agreement. This lack of accountability and poor treatment has completely soured my buying experience. I expected much better."

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS BOUGHT A VEHICLE IN OCT AND I HAVE NO REAR HEAT IN THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE AND THEY TELL ME TO GOOGLE AND FIX MYSELF ON TOP OF THEM SHORTING MY PAYOFF ON TE TRADE I BUY CARS EVERY 4YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS MANY ISSUES OUT OF A DEALERSHIP
