Two times in a row I have made an appointment for my car
Two times in a row I have made an appointment for my car and when I arrive I’m told that they are busy so I’m going to have to wait until they get a chance to service my vehicle. If you can’t do the job when you say that you can then don’t make an appointment. If this happens again I will not be using your services again. You obviously don’t know how to schedule an appointment because if you are busy that is your problem.
