Buying cars is painful so I would not leave a review unless something completely over the line happened, but James Mcphearson and Priority Chevrolet took shady car salesman to a new level. I live 4.5 hours from Priority Chevrolet so I was naturally hesitant to drive all the way there without a clear understanding of the deal. James assured me multiple times that numbers were solid, couldn’t change after application and that the car was BRAND NEW. He told me this repeatedly as I pleaded with him not to let me drive 9 hours round trip to be scammed. When I arrived the first thing he told me was the cost went up. Then he walked away to speak to another client who he was extremely rude to. And finally he the told me the car had over 3,000 miles on it! He could not have cared less that he had screwed someone over to this extent. The general manager came by to “apologize” - which was really an attempt to tell me that I should have known it wasn’t new because it was discounted. Then the next day (today) another person (Luna Miles) reached out via email to offer me the same vehicle. For fun I asked her if the car was new… I asked 3 times and she swore every time that it was brand new. She even went as far as to say it only has 4 miles on it! I could go on, but suffice it to say these are bad people. Save yourself and go literally anywhere else. Oh and under no circumstances should anyone buy the Tahoe High Country they have for sale (VIN: 1GNS6TKL1TR104763, Stock #: TR104763) - and link below. It has over 3,000 miles on it and unusually poor gas mileage. They are hiding something. I have screenshots of this as they added me to the OnStar account when they thought I was buying it. We had an incredible experience with the sales
We had an incredible experience with the sales team—especially our sales rep, James McPhearson, and Brian. They provided truly top-notch service! We purchased a vehicle in October and were so impressed with the level of care, speed, and attention that when we were ready to buy a second vehicle in December, we didn’t hesitate to return. The service the second time was even more stellar: fast, attentive, and absolutely amazing. Both vehicles were offered at great prices, the process was seamless, and we drove off the lot within just a couple of hours. The efficiency was impeccable. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend James, Brian, and the entire team!

James was great, we were able to get me into a new
James was great, we were able to get me into a new vehicle where I was comfortable cost wise with the features i required and even gsve me more for my trade than other dealers. Glad priority hasnt changed. James you are great. Ill send others your way!
