Arrived on Saturday for them to do a warranty diagnostic
Arrived on Saturday for them to do a warranty diagnostic on my newer Chevy Tahoe. I got there at 7:55am and did not leave until 1:20pm. During that time the service advisor told me they were down a few techs and that it may take longer than usual. (Completely understandable). Well, my vehicle did not go into the shop until about 10am. Once it was in the shop the techs were goofing off, playing around, throwing trash ect. During this time only one tech was actually work. As I watched my vehicle get serviced it was actually worked on for about an hour. Completely wasted a day for lack of accountability of the techs. I assume no manager work weekends.
