The dealer was reasonably quick at doing the car purchase deal, only taking 3.5 hours to complete.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service
I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. I dropped off my car on Friday night and was told it would be ready on Saturday, then Sunday, then Tuesday—but no one contacted me each time the schedule changed. Even on Tuesday, my car sat untouched in the parking lot all day, and I only found out the technician had left without finishing the work after I arrived at 8:50 p.m. They repeatedly gave me incorrect information, and the lack of communication was extremely frustrating. I purchased my tire protection plan directly from Pohanka, yet I was still told different things about the rim replacement and the claim process. I hope they improve their communication and professionalism, because this experience made me seriously doubt whether I can trust their service in the future.
