HORRIBLE ONLINE Representative - JAMES RICHARD
The automated system connected me to James Richard. He promptly greeted me, but instantly thereafter, his response time and subsequent responses were poor and sarcastic. Ultimately, after attempting to justify his conduct, he wished me a "fantastic day" and disconnected the chat without addressing my inquiry or asking if I needed anything.... all after requesting to be connected to a different customer service agent, which he ignored and did not do so. This was very disappointing, and want to bring to your attention, as I will now take my inquiry to another dealership, and inclined to provide a poor online review. Ourisman an Oil Change
Excessive wait for an oil change when we already had an appointment. Told them keep tire air pressure at 37 psi (check right before arrival). Car returned with 34, 35, 36, 34 psi. Overpriced oil change.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service from start to finish. When I went to drop off my vehicle the service writer told me I had to drive it into the lane instead of him going outside to check it in. The automated phone system took me multiple calls to even get through to make my appointment and even then I had to be transferred through sales dept - maybe that was a sign to just not go there
