E-mailed Dealership several times for information on a listed vehicle for sale. Asked for a picture of the underside of the vehicle got zero response from the dealership. Also then e-mail the sales manger and sales team with zero response. Good luck with your dealership with zero customer service.

Had truck towed in on Sunday afternoon they looked at it
Had truck towed in on Sunday afternoon they looked at it on Monday fixed it on Monday and I drove it out of there on Tuesday morning I am so happy with this dealerships service department words can't say enough

The lease on our 2021 Traverse was up. Jessie Leavitt helped us navigate the transfer from lease to ownership. We could not have asked for a better sales rep. Key Chevy is the best dealership we have ever done business with. Christal Spencer was also instrumental in our transition - securing financial figures & information for us as well as DMV transfer. They were both very patient with us when we chose to make a couple changes in our transaction. Both Jessie and Christal were friendly, knowledgeable and have a good sense of humor.
