What a disappointment my visit to Service was.
What a disappointment my visit to Service was. I dropped off my car and forgot to leave my keys ( that's on ME) I return TWO hours later and, obviously, it wasn't touched. When I asked the Service Manager why they hadn't bothered to call me coz I would have brought them right to them, his reply was he was "busy with other things" The problem comes in that I felt dismissed and was treated as unimportant. So my Service was not done. Needless to say, I will not be returning there. Mistakes happen that's not the issue. The issues were his dismissiveness and lack of attempt to give me the requester service.
