Key Chevrolet GMC Cadillac of Burlington

I set an appointment for an oil change and to get a fuse checked/replaced on my CT5. they never told me that they would charge a "diagnostic fee" of $199.99 to check a fuse. This car is under warranty which I bought from Key when I bought this car less than 6 months ago. I did not let them touch my car, nor will I ever. I should have known when I bought the car that there were issues with this dealership. First there was only 1 key fob and they told me to get a 2nd key would cost over $600.00 (I had it done for $400.00 at another dealer. I had already signed all the paperwork before I was informed of this. Then the check engine light came on while I was the way home, dirty air cleaner, I changed it myself. I also have left server calls for my "salesman", who has never returned one. So now I am trying to force them to remove a clause in the extended warranty that states if you are less than 40 miles from them, you have to use their service department, I will not pay them $199.99 to change a fuse. I have bought many cars and never been treated like this.

Avoid this place at all cost!! I replied to a Facebook event from the dealership promising deals on cars. I got a message back that I was confirmed for 2 PM. I called yesterday, spoke with Zach to verify this was a real event. He verified it was indeed, a real event, stated the dealership was really slow, so management was doing this to get people in. No deals to be had, and no VIP treatment. The sales person was good however had no clue about the event I have purchased a number of cars through Shearer and also once through Key Motors… Never again I have contacted the Attorney Generals office for assistance

This dealership has a strict policy of charging a $700.00 "Documents Fee". This is pure, unadulterated profiteering. There are Chevy dealerships who will not do this. I will be giving my business to them.
