I would like to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent recall appointment, specifically regarding my interaction with one of your service workers, Isaac. After being informed via text by Isaac that my vehicle was ready, I immediately requested a ride back to the dealership. Unfortunately, that ride never happened. Isaac ended his shift and left without confirming transportation for me, and he did not respond to any of my subsequent calls or text messages. Being left without communication or assistance caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress and inconvenience. At no point I was informed that he was ending his shift or that alternative arrangements were being made. I believe this reflects a lack of care and professionalism that I did not expect. I would appreciate an explanation for how this situation occurred and would like to know what steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.

You need to know how awful is this dealership, they super dishonest people pranking me and costumers, i offered $73000 , sales person his name is Cameroon said his manager agreed on price, than he demanded my driver's license ,after that they started laughing at me and saying the price is $83000... something unhealthy is going on at this dealership.
