Awesome experience

Troy and Jeremy are absolute studs. This was by far the best experience i have ever had purchasing an automobile. Troy listened to what i wanted and worked to make that happen (and he did in spades). Jeremy has a real pleasure to work with he explained everything to my wife and I. This was truely a great experience.

They don’t “Hear You”!

For a company that has commercials and billboards flooding our minds you’d think they would be a company that would actually hear you out. My experience started with the purchase of a new truck. I originally went in looking for something specific which they did not have and that was okay. I was called back to come in and see one that they “just got in” on four separate occasions. Not one of those times did they hit the five criteria points originally given. Ultimately they found a new truck that hit the criteria and marked it down because all they put me through to get it which was nice. The troubles continued in parts when I ordered some added items for my truck. I gave them specifically what I wanted and they sent me a quote. I had them move forward with the added work and when I went in to pick up my truck their price had almost doubled. After a long time of back and forth even after I showed the emailed quote I finally left with my truck and the adds for the price quoted. Most recently I went in for an oil change and for them to check some warning lights that are coming on. I scheduled the appointment, took off early from work (having to submit time to cover leaving early), took my truck in and was told there were no technicians available because “it’s Friday and everyone leaves early on Friday”. This would have been nice to know when I scheduled it but I accepted nonetheless and scheduled the appointment for Monday morning because Ron said I would “get in before the rush”. On my way in on Monday after sitting in an hour and a half traffic jamb I called to see if the keys could be left with someone because I’d be a little late. Ron informed me they hadn’t even started the work even though I received a text earlier that they had. Ron ended up contradicting himself multiple times on that call which my son even picked up on. I tried to share why I was frustrated and he kept talking over me comparing what they were going through to McDonalds. I said they are not McDonalds and they should be more courteous of clients time and communicate so we don’t waste so much time back and forth and taking off work. I sure Ron didn’t hear anything I tried to say because he never acknowledged any of it!
