Amanda is a great rep, kind and efficient.
Amanda is a great rep, kind and efficient. The service was completed quickly (Oil Change). I had it in for another issue and I don't think the problem was fixed, however. The tech said it was and the reason made sense but the Auto Stop did not work even once on my way home. Not sure why it worked for him. I did not run AC or anything. I realize there are many things that affect it but it seems it would have worked at least once for me on the way home. Maybe it was just cooler or something at the dealer.
