On Tuesday September 30th, 2025 I dropped my car off for an oil change on my lunch and returned back to work. I never did receive a call from anyone that my vehicle was ready, and after getting off from a busy day at work I then realized my car was still at the dealership and I had not received a call regarding my vehicle status. I was able to retrieve the service manager's(Luis) cell number which I called twice and left and voicemail and a text. He finally returned my after I asked another employee to please reach out to him and inform him that I live 40 miles away and I did not have a way home without my vehicle. When speaking with this manager he showed no concern of me getting my vehicle so that I would be able to drive home from work, his concern was that he already had a prior arrangement(which he mentioned twice) and how long was it going to take me to get to the dealership so that he could proceed with his plans. I did state to him over the phone, in my voicemail and text message that I never received a call from anyone informing me my vehicle was ready. I also stated that I only work in Plainview not reside, and without my vehicle I had no way home which is 40 miles away. Luckily someone from the area offered me a ride to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, I went in and paid the manager for the services and was never apologized to or shown any concern for the dealership's mishap! I have been getting services at the Plainview Bill Wells Chevrolet since I've been working in Plainview for the past few years and the staff has always been wonderful, but after this incident I'm not sure if I will ever get my vehicle serviced there again. This was very poor customer service, and extremely inconveniencing when you do not work where you live. I was very unsatisfied.

Wasted time and effort for me like a week of goin back and forth .. finally the Bank that agreed to pick up my loan was very upset with bills Wells employees the way they did the paperwork and they canceled any now and future loans with Bill Wells and this was from Amarillo national Bank this was last month. I spoke to the Loan ofcr,Robert. we will no longer but your loan was excepted so we can go with your loan but guess what Bill Well sold the car that I had applied . Never will I to buy a vehicle
