I wish there was a no star option! This dealership gave us the run around for 2 weeks on a Tahoe they had advertised. I called on numerous occasions, the general manager assured us that he would notify us as soon as the first customer already on the list decided if they wanted the vehicle or not and when it gets sold so we could look elsewhere. He also stated he would call other dealerships to try to help us out and that he was a Christian and his word is true and he does what he says he will do. None of that happened, despite voice-mails left to him he never called us back. The salesman did not reply to emails when we asked status either. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and communication, very unprofessional and dishonest! I am a Christian as well and am so thankful God showed us a wonderful dealership to buy our brand new Z71 Tahoe!

If I could do a zero star I would. This place has horrible service and lie about everything. We reached out to see if they had a certain vehicle and they said there was one on the way it would be a few weeks for it to get here. With that been said we told them we wanted it and wanted to do paperwork to seal the car. The salesman said for us to wait that the car was basically ours. We kept in contact for almost a month waiting for that vehicle we would ask him if it was here he would only respond every so often. He finally reaches out and said it’s here. We were excited and said let’s work the deal. Then all of sudden they kept giving us the run around saying banks were declining our deal and the ones that approved us the interest rate was high and of course the payment was high. We knew our numbers and said there no possible way the bank is declining our stuff. The next day from when the vehicle arrived. We told them we would go thru our bank. Turns out they had sold it that same day. We found out deals were never submitted to the banks we had told them to summit it to the bank that’s supposedly gave us a high interest rate turned out to be way lower rate than what they had told us. Moral of the story don’t lie! if you sold this vehicle while working with us. We waited a month when we could’ve got it some where else. Don’t waste people time. We ended purchasing with people that did want to do business with us. They got us the rate we were looking for, what it should had been from the start. They did everything the same day we told them we wanted that vehicle and willing to deliver it from Houston.
