my service advisor David sucked.
my service advisor David sucked. The office in whole had bad communication. The receptionist would say one thing about my car, then my service advisor would call from his house and tell me my car had a different status. I finally had an advisor Timothy come and gave me definite answers on my vehicle. It was a total 180 from the service I was getting before with david. Would very much not recommend any one i like to get serviced here unless it was guaranteed Tim would be in charge.
