This was the worst experience with a finance manager ever. Mr. Pleasant tried to hustle me to buy a car with a high interest rate and refused to even look at my approval letter from my bank. In addition to that, the finance manager threaten to sell the car the next day if I did not sign his high interest loan paperwork. What makes it worst is that i put my deposit down for the car back in 2019 and it did not arrive until February 2021. Also, I left the dealership with 12 new inquiries on my credit report and no apology. Pleasant gave me the most unpleasant experience. I have never seen anything like it ever.

I contacted this dealership through the costco auto program. I was going to drive 45 minutes to check out a great deal on a car. I'm glad I asked the salesman ,Kenny G. if the price was correct on their website. He said no. I sent a screenshot showing the price, and he told me he didn't know where I got that. He later said it was a mistake. A used car was getting discounts like a new one. He didn't bother to even offer any discount for a mistake on their part. Typical bait and switch .

Every person I encountered while purchasing my wife's Chevrolet Equinox at Munday Chevrolet was outstanding. These people were genuinely nice, knowledgeable and professional in their dealings while skillfully working to find us the best lender, trade value and price for our transaction. Miguel, Kenny, Noel, Ricky and Hyder all worked hard while providing efficient and direct communication. Great facility, atmosphere and experience!
