Started out great then went to crap.
Started out great then went to crap. No communication, was talked down to and no follow up. Had to call three times and no return call, then finally got ahold of someone. Vehicle not ready when promised, not even close.

Still having transmission issues.
Still having transmission issues. Have brought truck twice for repairs and st does the same thing. I will bring the vehicle back for repairs for a third time. Hopefully they can find the problem.

Had warranty work done on my vehicle.
Had warranty work done on my vehicle. The claim provider totally miss handled my issues which lead to an additional $600 cost out of pocket. Best advice is avoid the extended warranty program from dealerships and find your own.
