I purchased a 2022 Yukon XL and it was delivered to my house with damages. I contacted my salesman David and the sales manager Kenny Washington who immediately dismissed my claim then he hung up on me. Also after 2 months I still have not received my license plates. I have a new vehicle that I can not drive because I do not have my license plates. I have tried contacting my salesman via text messaging and telephone calls still no one have called me. Keep in mind that before the sale they call me everyday for a week. This is the classic definition of poor and unacceptable customer services. If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from Beck & Masten please think about it first and not waste your time. My contact number is 919-413-8396
