Charged for service they did not do - won’t refund
Stonebriar performed a number of services on my vehicle. I was charged $105.30 for an oil change that I specifically declined at the time I dropped my vehicle off at the dealer, and the oil change was in fact not done on my vehicle. I did not notice this charge on my invoice when I paid. (It was a four page invoice.) A few days later, I did notice it and contacted my service advisor. We communicated via text messages for a whole month and twice he told me that a check (for only $100) would be mailed to me. He finally told me that the check had in fact been mailed. I never did receive the check so I contacted my credit card company, requested a credit for $105.30, and left it up to them to haggle with Stonebriar.
