Salesman will lie straight to your face when you ask the
Salesman will lie straight to your face when you ask the price of the car/truck. Once you sit down to work the deal there will me a magic $2,000 or more added to the price. They will tell you that a deposit is refundable and then refuse to refund, and refuse to provide any documentation stating the deposit is “nonrefundable”. Then there is their website… the pricing is nowhere near accurate until you enter your information, sometimes $10,000 difference. When I confronted them on their lies and deception the sales manager said “ c’mon, we all do it”. Referring to car dealers
