VERY DISSAPPOINTED LADY
Very Dissappointed lady with service representative and the work done on my car. Brought my car in for routine oil change and tire rotation on 8/16, the next day I was headed out of town, had to turn around, light on dash came on indication something wrong with wheels, it was taken in for several minutes brought back out, and I was told it had to be adjusted. Drove about 25 miles and light came on again, I called service department, they asked me to bring in in when I came back in town, so on 8/19 I brought it in, I was told that it was a wheel sensor, authorized to fix, car stayed there from 12pm til 4pm, I had to call them to see if car was ready, when I picked it up I asked was the problem fixed. Alex said yes, today is Tuesday 8/23, on my way out of town, haven't driven the car since 8/19, the same light came on. I turned around and went to dealership, I was asked to bring it in the next day, can't do that I will be out of town, wouldn't check or nothing while I was there, indicated that this problem was occurring to many other cars, it may be regarding the hot weather. I'm getting irritated and he appear to be also, so I asked for a refund on paid services that had not been used, and Alex indicated that I could not get a refund on the money that I had not used. I indicated that I would not be using their services anymore. I paid in advance for three oil and wheel rotation service, only use one. I want to be refunded asap. I WILL NOT BRING MY AUTOMOBILES BACK IN THERE FOR NOTHING. THEY HAD BEEN SERVICING TWO OF MY AUTOMOBILES.

Less than thrilled
first: Had truck delivered to dealership for repair May 16 After one month it?s still not fixed. Alex (service manager) is the only reason I haven?t had it towed to Dallas even though last week after 3 weeks I was sorely tempted. I?m being told it could possibly be ready on Friday the 17 after 5 weeks. I?m not holding my breath. Have not received call back from dealership General manager after request. I talked to sales about a trade and thought the trade value was decent (especially considering truck was in the shop) but buy side was less than thrilled with the process or with conversation with the sales manager. Blah blah blah
