Sewell Cadillac of Dallas

Recently bought a new CT5V blackwing from sewell. I searched for a dealer that would not charge a "market adjustment" (aka take advantage of their customers). I was referred to Dustin from on some facebook forum posts and I have nothing but positive words to say. Being from out of town theres always a little concern in the back of your head that you could travel all the way there and then the dealer start playing games. As he had a great reputation on the forums and groups, it helped ease my mind and having spoken with him a few times, I felt confident that I made the right decision. The entire deal from placing the order to signing the paperwork was easier than buying a car from my local dealer. No games and all paperwork was ready before I arrived so I did not have to sit around for hours..... This isnt just how buying a car should be, this is how buying anything should be.

Excellent dealer. Transparent, no-nonsense, and made the whole experience enjoyable from beginning to end. By the time the transaction was complete, I couldn't help but wonder why other car dealerships haven't figured out that good service makes for happy customers. Thanks!
