I have never left a negative review for any business. This is the first time doing this. Saw a truck at this dealership on CarGurus. Drove 150 miles to see the truck. Test drove it and had my truck appraised. Got the offer from the salesman before we went to finance department. While reviewing I noticed that the price had significantly increased from listing price. False advertisement because they said the price was for the base model not the one advertised even though stock number and VIN matched the truck I was looking at. When I asked for itemization of all extra costs and add ons I noticed I was being charged for features that were not even installed in the truck. If I hadn’t closely examined that they would have gotten away with it. I agreed on a monthly price with the salesman after being there for 4 hours and back and forth with sales manager. Once I went into finance office he presented me with the contract that was $100 more per month than what I had agreed to. The finance manager blamed the salesman and the salesman couldn’t answer as to why he quoted me a certain price and the reality was a price much higher than agreed upon. Wasted 5 hours at the dealership had to walk out due to deceptive practices.

Good dealership ,not so good on trade in prices ,does not matter if you are long term customer ,found other dealers in area try harder to make deals on vehicles, NP Chevy has the take it or leave it attitude. Think they have grown too big to give good customer service

These people can not be trusted. They will steal from you after selling me a 40k car they only gave me 1 remote and promised to send me the second one and still no remote even after many calls and emails. A bunch lying thieves
