Best Auto Buying Experience
This was absolutely the best auto buying experience my wife and I had. From chatting over the phone to meeting in person, Shams, our sales product specialist, had been very attentive, polite, and caring throughout the whole process. Based on our needs and wants, Shams recommended the exact car that we wanted and that we eventually purchased. He showed and explained in detail all the features of the SUV and brought us water and our son some snacks while we waited. Naturally, our 5 year old son took a liking to Shams. And Chris and Joe in financing were very helpful and courteous. They all made the whole auto buying experience easy and pleasant. We will definitely recommend Covert Buick GMC to everyone we know. And if we're ever in need of another car, we'll be returning to this dealership.

We were very happy with Pedro Benitez.
We were very happy with Pedro Benitez. I had called to get some info about a car I saw online and Pedro answered all my questions. We told him when we could get to the dealership which was on his day off, but he was happy to meet us anyway. He was very professional and polite. He answered all of our many questions, which showed his knew the car well. He has also called to see how our drive home went and if we were still satisfied, which we are.
