The Serra service department attempted to fix my truck ,
The Serra service department attempted to fix my truck , and indicated the electrical issues were fixed however 2 weeks later, the same issue appeared, so truck is back in the shop. In terms of receiving feedback on progress, it has been more than difficult in reaching anyone when I call or leave messages. There could be several days before anyone reaches out with progress. I personally feel the truck is sitting in the back lot and not getting any attention. Worst service I’ve received at any Chevy dealership.

Everyone was nice but I waited 3 hours for an oil change
Everyone was nice but I waited 3 hours for an oil change and the windshield wiper fluid did not get topped off. When I tried to clean my windshield just now, the fluid did not spray out.
