Our salesman name was Joshua Clemsons, jclemons@jimkeras.com. Josh was genuine throughout our purchasing process. His approach was not about just about selling a vehicle. Josh walked us through every step of the process, providing value information, helping us make our decision. Josh's finance partners was great as well. Walking through all our financial options. The entire experience with these gentlemen from Jim Keras was about us, our needs, at the price we wanted. It was just about them selling a car.

Bad dealership

Tried to buy a new truck but got the runaround the truck was being demo and they told me it was being used because of a oil change and the sales woman thought I was dumb so I will not ever go to jim keras.

MY NEW CAR WAS WRECKED 2X BEFORE I BOUGHT IT

I am a Jim Keras customer since 2001. I bought 3 new cars 2014-2018. The last I bought I discovered was seriously damaged in 2 separate accidents, but they didn't tell ME about it. I had 2 Sparks that were totalled. I was hurt badly and had spinal surgery. I came looking for a larger, safer car. Their ad listed 3 previous year cars listed as "unsold inventory". I bought one thinking I had a safer, new car. I just discovered their fraud last month. A punch to the gut is an understatement! My "new" car was in a serios MVA damaging the entire front cap. It was disabled so it was repaired only to be in a second in which air bags deployed. After working 20 years at the SCSO, I retired after becoming disabled. My injuries make me susceptible to reinjury. I only bought new because I can't work on them any more. I have proudly owned, repaired and drove Chevys since I got my license. The first in my family was a 1918 490. This fraud has destroyed brand loyalty ingrained in my family. If you bought a car from them GET A CAR FAX NOW! It is against the law not to tell the buyer. They did it anyway!
