I have always had a good experience with Dave Kirk. This most recent visit was no exception. My Service Advisor went the extra mile for customer service by offering to work as an advocate to try and get an out of warranty item covered through one of GM's accessory manufacturers. Matt was very helpful and courteous during my visit.
