My husband got regular service and tire rotation on his beautiful silverado. Jerry’s did not put the lug nuts on, caused him to wreck on I29. They “loaned him” a garbage trade-in for 5 weeks that stunk like cats, and had a cracked windshield across the drivers side. Now we have a leaking shock, and a ruined carfax at a minimum. We would sue but he is just tired of the xx. There is a difference between “making it right” and making it run.
