There service is terrible. spent over 1 year and 2 thousands dollar to get and alternator fixed. Horrible horrible horrible horrible. Never again will I to this place

PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE VISITING Because I Speak On My Experience On Yesterday 04/27/2021 Let Me Say This Whole Situation Caused Severe Anxiety. The Entire Process Was A Nightmare. You’ll Think Everything Would Go Easy If You Already Pre-Approved Well At Dick Smith Chevrolet That Is NOT the case. I Was Pre-Approved By Global Lending Services (GLS). I Made That Aware When I First Spoke To Greg. He insisted That His Manager Said He Sure That I Can Get Approved From Somewhere Else. Me Knowing How Stressful It Was For Me To Get Approved I Said I Would Like To Stick To My Finance Company. Hours After I Gave Him My Information I Heard NOTHING Back. He Said He Was With Another Customer Which Was Fine. When We Spoke Again He Mentioned He Cant Do Financing With GLS Because They Would Charge A $800 Fee. Then Mentioned They Made A Mistake On The Sale Price. As He Was Explaining This He Mentioned About Rising The Price. Moments Later We Agreed To Raise The Price By 800. He Then Call Us Back And Say They Can’t Do That It Would Be Illegal. Remind You He Was The One That Gave Us That Idea. So I Finally Gave In And Let Them Run My Credit ONLY 3 Times. I Pacifically Asked Him Not To Run My Credit From Capital One, Westlake, Ally. 3 More Hours Goes By I Haven’t Heard From ANYONE. I Get An Alert From My Credit Report That Capital One Pulled My Credit File So Now I Have To Dispute An Inquiry. Score Dropped 11 Points With No CarAnd More Inquiries. Remind You I Still Haven’t Heard From Anyone At The Dealership UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, Dishonest. Will Be Contacting Corporate And District Manager Unacceptable!!
