Quality is Job One
I came in with check engine light on, Marcus has always been straight forward and on the ball whenever I have come for routine maintenance or the rare out of left field challenge. He was able to give me a rough timeframe when the mechanic would be able diagnose the problem and kept me posted all the way through. Every experience I have had at Herndon Chevrolet has been of the upmost example of professionalism. GOOD JOB! Thank you for keeping me on the road.

Car Service
They don't answer phone. Keep calling back and they don't help transfer the line to someone else that said couldn't help. Transfered back still no help I only ask if I bought 4 new tires from them how much would it cost for tires and putting them on. I bought my car at Herdon with no problem. But need to look elsewhere for tires or service
