Just got the oil changed and tires rotated. It was a much better experience than the last time. My sunroof is still not fixed

I love the experience general manager for the service.
I love the experience general manager for the service. She was very, very nice. They gave me a loaner because it was gonna take days to fix which was great. I returned the loaner with a full tank of gas but now it is doing the same thing it was doing when I dropped it off, so I am dropping it back off to the dealer in the morning to get fixed.
