The level of professionalism, care, and communication was great. Always helps when they are friendly and accommodating as well. Definitely a return customer and I've already referred 2 other people because of the great service. I will continue to drive out of my way to get my vehicles serviced here because evidently the other local dealerships service departments could learn something from Pendarvis Chevrolet Service Department.

It was the best experience We have had purchasing a vehicle. My wife found a car she liked on the website. We drove it, purchased it and were on the way home in about an hour.

I recently purchased a 2018 Equinox LT from Pendarvis. My total experience was a great one. I was helped by John who found the exact car I was looking for with all the features I wanted. This was an easy and seamless process. The car was delivered when promised and I left the dealership in a very short time. Everyone I have dealt with at Pendarvis have been courteous, knowledgeable and eager to provide an excellent customer experience. No high pressure salesmen and credit manager. It was like dealing with friends. I will continue to purchase from Pendarvis and will recommend them to everyone I know.
