Went online filled out all the information about my trade and received a quote which I liked. So I did their online application ran my credit drove 2 hours down there only to find out that they offered me 6000 less then what they agreed to online. With some excuse that they don't have to honor the price they give you.

Dawn was pleasant and efficient and new her stuff and understood what I was looking for, a wonderful salesperson. Kenny and Sean helped with my initial and followup questions and all entertained my 3 year old. JP was professional and polite in the financial dealings.
