Fast inspection

Brought in for an Oil Change.
Brought in for an Oil Change. Normally a quick turn around with an early appointment. Took over an hour and left an issue that was not there before the appointment. First time this has happened in several years with this dealership.

Office trash fee?
The repair and customer service was great. My only complaint is being charged $3.75 for what the employee described as a ?office trash fee?.
