I should have learned the first time with this
I should have learned the first time with this dealership, first time was 2 different vehicles that I looked at where both dirty inside and out. Fast forward 2 years, went tonight to look and buy a traverse. First thing was the missing DVD player that there website advertised that it had, second was the front tire pressure sensor was reading 60psi plus the 4 missing valve stem caps, third was the rear floor vent was laying on the carpet instead of in the actual place it was supposed to be, fourth was the trans dipstick was reading completely empty while running and barely any when vehicle was shut off, fifth was the key fab didn't work at all, sixth was after all that plus the surface rust under the vehicle, the leaking power steering hoses. I still offered them 900$ under what they where advertising and the sales manager told me quote "I can't come no where close to that". I should have none better but still trusted a dealership being honest and trustworthy. I have purchased multiple vehicles from bob ruth ford and other dealerships and have never had the experience and the disappointment that Greencastle cheverlort offered. Do better, make the vehicle at least presentable, fix obvious things. Sadest part of the whole experience is the sales manager didn't offer to fix repair or even apologize for all of the issues that the vehicle had. If they are willing to treat a potential customer this way I would hate to see how they treat people that actually buy from them

Sales guy was great.
Sales guy was great. Finance not so much. They didn’t fill up the tank of gas upon purchase. Only 25 dollars. Finance added and wouldn’t remove some ceramic coating fee for 1,500 dollars which we definitely didn’t want. Said it was “already applied” ….finance also were well below KBB at trade in. Turned around and sold my vehicle for 11k above. All in all, finance was terrible as they kept reiterating new leadership wanted margin.
