Run dont walk away from this place. Saw a vehicle advertised on cars.com Called and made an appointment to see car, get there and car is not there, Imagine that. also price on cars .com is only valid if you finance through them at there inflated interest rates, I wanted to pay cash so they said add $1000.00 to the sale price. Also must have a trade in, No trade, add $500.00 to price. Also they add $900.00 for paint sealant and $ 900.00 for fabric protectant on every vehicle. I Have never seen such deceptive business Practices.

I am sorry that you did not like your experience at our store. With respect to the pricing, Cars.com will not allow us to itemize our discounts. So we put the lowest price available to the public and the details are listed in the VERY transparent disclosure on every car. We are NOT trying to be deceptive. We are trying to reward customers for utilizing our financing and passing those savings on to you. Same with the trade option. You get an extra $500 if you have a trade in. Those discounts are not offered at other dealers. The paint sealant and other protections are optional. We have them on the cars for your benefit. But only about 60 to 70% of our customers decide to keep the coverage. Thanks for giving us a try though. Sorry it did not work out for you.
