Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your concerns. I am very sorry you were disappointed with your service visit while traveling. I investigated your concerns and I apologize for any inconveniences with your visit. I can appreciate the despair when you are traveling and your vehicle develops a mechanical breakdown. The day of the breakdown, prior to your continuing your travels with a rental vehicle we did offer to perform a diagnostic inspection into the transmission failure, but the tow truck arrived to late in the day. We made you aware that the diagnosis would have to be performed the next work day. Unfortunately, our transmission technician was unable to come in and I greatly apologize for that. Additionally, during the time that your vehicle was at the dealership we experienced a significant snow fall. During the snow removal you’re front bumper was damaged by our staff to which we immediately notified you and our body shop repaired the damage with a new bumper at no cost and we covered the cost of the service transmission diagnoses as our apology.
