Glad the vehicle was as nice as we hoped.

Finally found the car we had been looking for. Called the dealership and explained we were 2+ hours away. We're told we couldn't drive it yet as the sale in which the trade in was from was not complete. Told them to contact me as soon as it comes available. Offered to fill out credit app to show we were serious. They said we wouldn't need too. Then I received a call mid afternoon on Sunday asking if we were going to buy as it was being shown to someone else. Luckily they didn't buy it so we went down the next evening to look at it in person. At this time we can still not drive it. Had the salesman drive us around the lot just to make sure everything worked. After debating the fact it's a purchase without really driving, we decided to follow our instinct and make the purchase. Mind you they still haven't funded the loan so technically the car is not theirs. They tell us it'll be ready in the next week or so. We get a text Wednesday night saying it'll be ready by 1pm. Thursday comes and I called 2 times to verify it's ready before we drive that far. Nobody returned our call. Finally I get ahold of manager which called me right back with good news. Now they know we are on our way and the deposit was already paid 3 days prior. Upon arrival they can't figure out the paperwork which we signed all but 2 pages 3 days prior. After an hour of waiting we signed and we were off. After inspecting the vehicle the engine bay cleanliness was less than par, there was still some of the last owners belongings in the center console, the key fob was reading on the dash to replace the battery and there was not a second key. Guess that's our fault for assuming. I would think when they did the inspection they would've at least replaced the battery as it puts a warning light on the dash. The vehicle is a 2019 so it's not a cheap xxx. This is a very nice vehicle so our expectations are on the higher end of the spectrum. Although a little frustrated we are very happy with our purchase. Overall the friendliness was great, working with Lacey was awesome, but once it came time for the final paperwork, which Lacey was off, it turned into a bit of a sh☆tshow.

Fast service and help from both Abe at service and the Jeremy the technician. They were friendly and expedient. Not only that but they even got it done during their lunch. That's is really putting the customer first. Well done guys and thanks again!

Started by waiting about a month with no end in sight to have warranty work done on a Chevy Volt, was tired of driving a loaner vehicle and worked out a deal I thought was favorable to trade-in my still broken Volt for a working Kia Soul EV. I realize that this is a Chevy dealer and the vehicle I got was a Kia, but you would hope that any dealership would check that the headlights work right? They ultimately ended up replacing the bulbs, but it does concern me that there was no inspection on their used vehicles, as a lack of headlights seems like a pretty large oversight. Also be careful about those service contracts, they don't even cover the items you think they do, the "technology" protection has nothing to do with EV/hybrid components as I was led to believe, instead focusing on fancy "infotainment" and driving aids that my vehicle didn't have and protection I feel is unnecessary. I now feel like I've been duped into making a deal that was far less favorable then it originally looked, and I'm sure they saw a young guy by himself as an easy target. If you go here to purchase something, at least bring a friend to provide some clarity and reality when making a deal.
