Hubbard Chevrolet

Purchased a new Tahoe. The salesman are great to sell you the vehicle. They say call us if you have any issues. When you do have any issues, they drag their feet and do nothing to rectify the problem. Good old fashion lips service.

Went to have seat heat repaired. Incorrect part was ordered. Had to return. Set up new appointment much later due to how long it took to get part. We had also a clunking noise coming from brakes. Asked to have them checked. This turned into them accusing us of doing our brakes which were done by another professional company. Took back to that company who said there wasn?t anything wrong with brakes. After this back and forth with no one ever really looking at the brakes we figured it out ourselves that it was the brakes lines needed replaced. Why was this never looked at in the first place ? Which my husband did himself. Horrible customer service. Mechanic made comments about how rusty our vehicle is which is not in context of him overlooking or fixing the issue. We?ve been coming to Hubbard Chevrolet for years and never been treated like this. The only decent guy is the one smiley customer service man who is always busy. We got stuck with guy who was quitting and rude. We won?t be coming back. Mechanic is no better not sure what changed but something has.

I've been to dealerships where they lie about prices, bait and switch, badger old ladies into buying, hateful things. I dreaded buying a car until I found the place. These people are honest, caring, and go over and above to get you a good price. The sales manager actually got us additional discounts I wasn't expecting. I recommend this place without hesitation.
